What's Brewing* in my CD Player

1. What is the total amount of music files on your computer? I have one music file on my computer at the moment, I know I'm sad and pathetic... but its a good one! It's a file that my husband created of my daughter laughing and giggling and it makes me smile.

3. What is the song you last listened to before reading this message? Rue Dauphine from Paris by Malcolm McLaren

4. Write down 5 songs you often listen to or that mean a lot to you:

A.Crying by Roy Orbison because I think its a haunting ballad and it reminds me of being a teenager and my friend Diane, whose bedroom we used to sit in for hours listening to music and talking about boys.

B.What's New Pussycat? by Tom Jones- Hey, stop laughing, it reminds me of my grandparents and of sitting in their 70's era Pontiac Grand Am listening to the album on their 8-track player and hearing them sing along in their broken English...what-za new poosyket....

C.Kings by Steely Dan because it reminds me of my very good friend Rich and of summer and of late, late nights in a Sag Harbor bar wishing Rich would finish his beer so we could go home.

D.God Bless the Child by Billie Holliday because it's a beautiful song and I never tire of hearing Billie sing.

E.Blue Letter by Fleetwood Mac the whole album is great but Blue letter is a particular favorite because I know all the words and I like singing it at the top of my lungs.

5. Who are you going to pass this stick to? (3 persons) and why?

Paul because I've always enjoyed his sense of humor, and taste in music.

Daisy-Winifred because she is an interesting and lovely person whose musical taste I have a feeling I'd really like.

Alberto because he is a fellow baker and because I'm nosey.
