Recently, I was searching the internet for some background on a cookie I'd like to try baking and was becoming frustrated by the conflicting recipes/information I was finding so I decided to take a break and do a little reading at one of my favorite food sites Leite's Culinaria. One of the things I like to do when I visit a site is take a look at the links page, I find that whenever I really like a website I often like the links that that site has listed too, and Leite's Culinaria lists some great ones.
I followed the link for Vanilla.com and was blown away by what a terrific site this was, AND, there is an interesting recipe for the very cookie I had been trying to find information on, how great is that?!
