Mango Lassi

It's hot and very humid in New York City these days, what else is new, eh? This weather calls for a cold glass of refreshing Mango Lassi, tangy yet sweet, infused with the scent and taste of real mango blended right in. One sip and you're immediatley refreshed, all your troubles seem so far away, you feel the need to DANCE IN THE STREETS!!!

Ok...maybe not, but Mango Lassi is too good not to try at least once.

    Ingredients

  • 32 ounces of Plain LowFat Yogart
  • 2 teaspoons or a little less of Lemon Juice
  • 2 ripe Mangoes, peeled and the flesh removed from the pit
  • 2/3 cup Water
  • 1/4 cup Superfine Sugar

Blend everything in a blender until all the sugar is disolved. Adjust ingredients to your liking, ie: add more water for a less thick drink, or more sugar for a sweeter drink. Pour over ice cubes and serve. Dancing in the streets is of course optional. Serves 4
